Firearms Prohibited on District Property

  • Tigard-Tualatin School District (TTSD) Properties are Gun Free Zones

    Firearms are prohibited on all Tigard-Tualatin School District Property unless specifically authorized by state or federal law.  

    The affirmative defense described in ORS 166.370(3)(g) (concealed carry licensees) does not apply to the possession of firearms on Tigard-Tualatin School District properties.  See SB 554 (2021) and Board Policy KGBB.
