To help ensure proper and effective management of funds, a Bond Oversight Committee (BOC) was formed to review and report on the bond dollars being spent in an advisory capacity to the School Board. Members not only bring valuable technical expertise in a variety of areas including construction, finance, technology and project management, but are also TTSD parents and stakeholders in the community.

Meeting Participation & Policies

Meetings are publically noticed and community members are welcome to attend. A period at the start of every meeting is reserved for public comment. Comments or statements by members of the public are limited to 3 minutes and should be brief and concise unless otherwise authorized by the Chair.

Public participation on other agenda items occurs at the discretion of the chair. Please indicate your interest by completing a "Public Comment Card" provided at the agenda table. The public meeting will not go beyond 8:30 PM without a majority vote of the BOC. For assisted listening/speech call 431-4002 (voice) or 431-4047 (FAX) no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Minutes will be taken and distributed on ttsdschools.org.

Meetings typically occur at the Hibbard Administration Building, 6960 SW Sandburg St., Tigard, OR 97223 unless otherwise specified.
