2020-21 School Board Meeting Schedule
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic public health concerns and social distancing, effective March 12, 2020 - the 2020-21 Board meetings will be held electronically and are open to the public with the exception of Executive Session, which will be posted accordingly as needed.
How to Submit a Public Comment
For Virtual Meetings - Public Comments Submit an audio file through our voice mail system at 503-431-4002 (Patty Roberts) or a written email message to the School Board via Patty Roberts, Board Secretary @ email@example.com. Public comment requests will be accepted on Board Meeting days until one (1) hour prior to the start of the Board meeting. The public comments will be shared with the Board during the public comments portion of the meeting. Public Comments or statements are limited to three (3) minutes and should be brief and concise. Speakers may offer objective criticism of district operations or programs, but the Board will not hear complaints concerning specific district personnel.
