    Hazelbrook prides itself on its high-quality after-school activity program! Mr. Harrison is our after-school activities coordinator. Please reach out to him with any questions (gharrison@ttsd.k12.or.us).

    Register Change: We will begin the registration processes on Monday, December 4th during community class. Please let your students know that as long as they get to school on time, they will have the opportunity to sign up. 

    Receipts: Fee receipts will be emailed to parents after registration is completed. Please use that email as verification that your student has signed up for an activity. Thank you. 


    ASAs run on Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday from 3:20 pm – 4:15 pm.
    ASA bus routes are available for students who ride the bus normally. Parent/guardian pick up is also an option.

    Please note: Please be sure to arrive on time to pick up your student if you choose to do parent/guardian pick up. At-school supervision ends at 4:30 pm. Students must either ride the bus or be picked up before 4:30 pm to continue with after-school activites.


    Students will travel to Jamborees from Hazelbrook by bus. Parents/Guardians will need to pick up students from Hazelbrook after Jamborees.

    Typically, Jamborees will be scheduled for 3:35 pm – 5:05 pm. Students will arrive back at Hazelbrook at 5:20 pm. Parents and guardians must pick up students from the jamboree OR from Hazelbrook after the Jamboree. There is no bus to take students home after 5 pm.
    Please see the schedule for the specific sport for any changes or specifics.


    Students must turn in all of the following in order to sign up:

    1. Activity sign-up form
    2. Activity waiver 
    3. $20 sign-up fee
    • Sign-up information papers will be handed out in PE and Health classes.
    • Financial assistance is available. Please contact Juan with questions or assistance with payment.

    Note: Activities fill up FAST on a first-come, first-served basis. The HMS office will not hold or reserve spots for any students. Only students that have turned in all forms and money will be signed up. Students that sign up after the activity has closed will be placed on a waiting list.
