Successful Land Use Approval for Templeton ES & Twality MS Projects
A successful Land Use Hearing for Templeton Elementary / Twality Middle School was held on Monday, Decemember 11 with the Tigard Planning Commission.
Following a presentation by TTSD's Susan Stark-Haydon on the significance of these exciting projects to the community, the projects' designs were presented by members of the Project Team from DOWA-IBI Group, KPFF Engineers and Cardno.
The culmination of several months of collaboration between TTSD, the Project Team and Cityof Tigard, both projects garnered the necessary approval to move forward.
The next milestones for the projects will be finalizing permit documents for Templeton and meeting the Conditions of Approval for permitting.
Templeton ES is intended to break ground in coming Summer, 2018. Construction on Twality will be phased to commence the following year in Summer 2019.
